Kicker Solo X set-up? I got almost all my goodies...A 2004 Model Solo X 12" Dual 2 ohm Voice coil sub, an '03 Kicker KX1200.1, a 10 farad Tsunami Capacitor, Shuriken BT-100 power cell, gold plated battery terminals, Kicker 0 guage.....and a Tsunami 150 amp digital fuse block. The enclosure is 4.25 cf...with a 3"h x 16" w x 14" deep port....wired with 8 guage power wire for the sub hook up. I'm ripping the whole interior out of my STANDARD CAB 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 to replace the carpet with a rubber mat from Auto Custom Carpets (ACC)...how many db should I expect? I'm running a ZX750.1 to an L7 12" with the same 10 farad cap...and it's LOUD for a single sub...I'm waiting on the ZX2500.1 til mid summer...but Do you guys think the KX1200.1 will pound the sub decently? It is an old 1 ohm stable model...so I'd think it would. I'm waiting for my power cell and wire to come from Kentucky and California...but Friday is the day Dr. Crankenstein adopts a Dodge....Keep your fingers crossed.

Custom Auto Upholstery Costs...? I have a 1964 Checker marathon (just think of a 57 Chevy) What will I expect to pay an upholstery shop to perform the following services: please list the estimated prices individually... Is the homless sector of the American population the...? ...next super bonanza for big business to exploit? I mean with millions of Americans moving into their vehicles so they have a roof over their heads, I'm sure 12 volt mini washers, dryers & water heaters would be a major market for the appliance industry! So many opportunities here folks! I mean just because they lost their homes dosen't mean there's not more to be fleeced from them. As auto loans turn into "mobile mortgages" just think of the interest to be made in this sector! AND, Detroit!!! The auto sector will take off like a rocket for sure! With Americans living "mobile", the need for bigger vehicles to raise a family in will be tremendous! It'll be the return of the 1950's sized Edsels & Caddies & a major boom in van sales! This brings up the chance for MAJOR profits in the profit starved petroleum industry not to mention the contracting business for vehicle remodeling! PLUS, the return of custom auto upholstery & carpeting. I mean the list is endless here folks. Bib, big bucks in this upcoming sector! Just remember the cardinal rule of business... "Just because a person is fleeced blind, you can still pick out their eyes & sell em to a laboratory"!

Dodge intrepid carpet compatability? Houdy Y'all! This winter has been pretty hard on my auto carpet and try as I might I can't seem to keep the salt and snow off of it. I need to replace the carpet (hopefully in black) and did some looking, however I can't find any custom molded carpet for the 2002 year model. Is this because they're compatable with the earlier years or are there some sort of crazy patents on the pattern? If neither, where can I find a high quality carpet (I don't mind paying a little more for something that will last)? auto interior and other? okay so I'm redoing an old truck its and 88 dakota well iv got it in about a million pieces at the moment so i have the bench seat out and just pulled out the carpet(it HAD TO GO it was nasty) so I'm looking at custom molding my own carpet because i don't really want to spend 100$ on carpet is there a way to custom mold carpet i kinda thought about using a heat gun... but anyways thoughts tips trick or screw it and spend the Money i enjoy doing it myself

I need body parts for a 73 Plymouth Duster, 62 BelAir, and 69 GTO. Where are the cheapest places to buy from? I am looking for quarters, floor pans, frame rails, etc as well as interior kits, carpet and chrome/aluminum dress up kits for classic and custom cars I'm in the process of building. If anyone has info on cheap places to find especially Plymouth Duster parts(frame rails, quarters, trunk extensions, interior parts) please let me know. I already use Goodmark, Paddock, Summitt, Sherman Industries, Harmon's, LMC, Classic Chevy, Hubbards, Eckler's, PAW, and of course eBay but if you have any other well-kept secrets I'd surely appreciate it. Anything American auto related would be a plus.
