Underlays

i have already laid normal underlay in my bedroom for a carpet to be laid i now want to lay carpet tiles?

instead would they lay ok on top of it please thanks . has any one done this?

1. No, sorry, they are designed for contact with the floor. If you try to adhese them to the underlay,you will get an uneven lay and the whole thing will look like a disaster.
2. you dont use underlay with carpet tiles they wont lay flat if you do
3. Even if you were to get the locking type , they d come unlocked when stepped on and be a major tripping hazard GL
